There are some questions I ask myself everyday to help my dreams come true. You will learn how to do this as you grow, I constantly remind myself of this.
What do people need? What do people want? People will pay for things they need to solve a problem they might have. People want to party when they don’t need to. People need their plumbing fixed they need something like that done. People want Limo rides they don’t necessarily need them but will pay for them. People need an electrician and will pay for his services even if they don’t want to it’s life.
My point is that People will pay for high ticket necessities and will skip on that party Bus or Limo ride. I have so far meet a handful of folks who achieved their dreams. I have been going through this mental process for a while now and realize that people will inquire more about party events. My goal now is to build several businesses based on needs and not wants.
I have equipped myself with a Real Estate Funnel and plan on scaling my business for home services. Positing myself in a good situation is a must and I need to do it now. I’m always investing in myself and my future, I’m learning that home services is basically about need not want.
I will now go forward and build my business out based on Necessity not want unless it’s in high demand.

Consulting in cold calls and cold walk ins-You can’t approach businesses with a brute force cold call or walk in…This is what you need to do, Talk about them and their business do not talk about yourself.
