Face-to-face consultation

1. Corresponding area of facial viscera

The face reflects the physiological information of all parts of the whole, making the face a microcosm of the whole. Each part of the face belongs to different viscera, which is the basis of face consultation. The traditional facial viscera are formed on the basis of the theory of "Inner Diameter" about the distribution of viscera, qi and blood, and meridians.

According to the classification method of "Lingtang. Five Colors", the entire face is divided into: the nose is called Mingtang, the eyebrows are called Quezhong, the forehead is called Tianting, the cheeks are called Fan, and the ear door is called the mask. (figure 1)

The corresponding positions of the face and the viscera are: Tianting is the first face, and below the first face (Upper Que) is the throat; under the throat (Quezhong, Yintang) is the lung; under the lung (Xiaxia, Shangen, lower pole) is the heart; The lower part of the heart (nasal column, longevity) is the liver and the left and right sides of the liver are gallbladder; the lower part of the liver (mingtang, zhantou) is the spleen; the two sides of the spleen (upper square) are the stomach; the outer side of the stomach (center, under the zygomatic) is the large intestine; the large intestine is held It is the kidney; the outer side of the Mingtang (nose end) is the small intestine, and below the Mingtang is the bladder and son.

2. Facial viscera and disease reaction

The heaven of the face is the reaction zone of the human head and facial organs. If this area appears diseased, it means that the head or face has lesions. The heaven is straight down and the area above the eyebrow area is called the upper part of the brow. , Is the throat reaction zone of the human body. If the disease appears in this area, it means that the organs and tissues of the throat area are diseased. This area between the two eyebrows is called both "the center of the eyebrow" and "the center of the eyebrow". It is the external manifestation of the lungs. If this area appears diseased, it means that the lungs are diseased. Straight down from the middle is the root of the nose, also called the mountain root, which was called the lower pole in ancient times. Here is the appearance of the heart. When the disease appears here, it reflects the internal disease of the heart.

The part straight down from the lower pole was called the nasal column by ancient doctors, and physiognomy was called longevity. The nasal column should be flat and straight, and should not be knotted, deviated or distorted. The nasal column is the liver to the internal organs. The liver and the gallbladder are the inner and outer organs of each other, so the left and right areas of the nasal column are the reaction of the gallbladder; the lower part of the nasal column is the nasal tip area. Ancient doctors called this area Mingtang or Mianwang. , Saturn, Zhongyue. Mingtang is located in the center of the entire face. Its five elements belong to the soil, and the corresponding internal organs are the spleen. The left and right sides of Mingtang are the wings of the nose. Ancient physicians called Fangshang, and Xiangjia called Lantai and Tingwei. The spleen and stomach are the outer and inner organs of each other. The spleen is inside and the stomach is outside, so they are the outside of the spleen and stomach. Reaction zone. The outer side of the nose is the large intestine, which was called the center by ancient doctors, and the inner side of the nasolabial fold by the xiangjia. The four internal organs of lung, heart, liver, and spleen are in the abdomen, all in the peritoneum, and their external reaction areas are all located in the nasal area on the midline of the face. Only the kidney, because it is anatomically located on both sides of the spine in the posterior peritoneum, the opposite area of its face is also far away from the midline, and is distributed on the horizontal line of the large intestine outside the nasolabial fold. This is "the person who holds the large intestine and the kidney". The kidney is opposite to the umbilicus. The corresponding area of the umbilicus on the face is below the cheek kidney area, above the horizontal line of the head, and below the biliary area, so it corresponds to the small intestine, that is, "the one above the face is also the small intestine." Below the midline of the quasi-head is the human middle area, which corresponds to the bladder and the reproductive organs of the offspring. That is, "Those who are below the eyebrow king, the bladder is at the beginning." The subsection refers to the internal and external genitalia of men and women. The xiangjia also pointed out that "the people who are ordinary and do not have beards, have many masters and no children, and the women who are deep followers, are good at childbirth."

3. Practical method of face-to-face consultation

To find out which organ is diseased, just look at the parts of the face and see if there are any abnormal changes. The general judgment is as follows.

(1) If there are wrinkles, spots and skin color changes on the face, it indicates that the corresponding organs in the part are out of balance.

(2) If there are small bumps, congestion, or swelling on the face, the corresponding organs on the surface are infected with bacteria and invade the blood.

(3) Black eye sockets indicate disease of the kidneys, ovaries, and bladder.

(4) Yellow scleral stains indicate liver disease.

Fourth, look at the face to know your health

(1) Psychological pressure: the reflection area is from the upper 1/3 of the forehead to the hairline, where acne appears or the color of the face is different, indicating that the person is under heavy psychological pressure; if spots appear, it means that there is heart disease (such as Myocardial weakness); if there are moles, scabs, it means that the heart function is insufficient.

(2) Heart: The reflection area is at the root of the mountain between the eyes, where the horizontal stripes or stripes are more obvious, which proves that the arrhythmia or the heart condition is not good; if the horizontal stripes are deep and the tongue is also deeply vertical Striae (grooves), there may be more serious heart disease. People with heart disease generally have poor intestinal function and can cause blood vessels, brain, thyroid, and parathyroid glands. Wrinkles in the earlobe are coronary heart disease, and purple lips are heart disease.

(3) Brain: The reflex area is between the brows. If vertical lines appear here, deep vertical lines and redness in this part, it proves that the person has insufficient blood supply to the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular blood vessels, headache, neurasthenia, dreams, and poor sleep. , Palpitations, irritability, etc.

(4) Lung (respiratory system, throat, trachea, tonsils, etc.): The reflex area is above the middle of the eyebrows, and the area below 1/3 of the forehead, which is equivalent to the space of the division. If the middle of the forehead is sunken, and the color is dull, or is blue, or there are spots, it means that the person has lung disease and cannot breathe well; if there is acne, it proves that the person has a recent cold or sore throat. If there are moles, scabs, or whiteness on the brows, it means that the person has pharyngitis or tonsillitis, or chest tightness, shortness of breath, or lung disease. The brow bulges upward, and there is also a lung disease. People with poor lung function generally have poor bowel excretion.

(5) Chest (breast): The reflection area is between the corners of the eyes and the bridge of the nose (mountain root). If this part of a man is dull or blue, it means he has chest tightness and shortness of breath. This part of the fleshy female is dull and blue, which indicates that her breasts are tender and painful during menstruation. There are moles, scabs on the inner part of the upper eyelid, or there are powdery protrusions in this part when the eyes are closed, indicating that female breasts have lobular hyperplasia and male pleurisy. If there is a small bag in the corner of the eye of a woman, it means that the female is lobular hyperplasia or mammary gland tumor.

(6) Liver: The reflex zone is in the middle of the bridge of the nose (the highest part of the bridge of the nose) and from 1/2 of the eyebrows to the part above the temple and below 1/3 of the forehead. If these two parts are dark or spotted, it may be fatty liver. If there are pimples (pimples) in these two parts or one of them, it proves that the person is irritable. If there are spots on the temples, it proves that the liver function is weak. If there are spots on the highest part of the bridge of the nose, it may also be caused by irritability, emotional instability, menopause, etc. If there are obvious spots in these two places, and the face is dull, looks ugly, and the person is thinner, it means that the person has hepatitis or cirrhosis. There is a mole in the center of the eyebrow, the eyeball is yellow, and the yellow complexion is hepatitis B. From the bridge of the nose to the tip of the nose may be cancer or tumor.

(7) Gallbladder: The reflection area is on the outer part of the highest part of the bridge of the nose (up to the year). If there are red blood filaments, acne, or bitterness in the mouth after getting up in the morning, it means that the gallbladder has a slight inflammation; if there are spots , There may be cholecystitis. If there are vertical folds in this part, or vertical folds when laughing, it means that the person has a problem with the gallbladder. If there are moles or scabs in this area, it proves that the biliary function is insufficient. If you put your right hand under the right rib (the gallbladder part), make a fist with your left hand and hit the back of your right hand. If there is pain in this part, it is cholecystitis; if the tingling is severe, it may be gallstones. People with gall bladder problems may be obese. There are a pair of obvious spots, moles, and scabs in the bile area, which are gallstones. Gloomy bags under the eyes also prove that they are not courageous.

(8) Kidney: The area where the reflection area intersects the vertical line of the outer corner of the eye and the horizontal line of the middle of the ear down to the chin. If there are red blood streaks, acne, or spots in this area, it proves that the person has kidney deficiency, general fatigue, and sore back and legs. There is a deep and large spot in this area, which is very likely to be a kidney stone. If there is a mole or constriction in this area, it proves that the person has a congenital deficiency of kidney function, and will also suffer from sore legs and back. Kidney deficiency can cause problems in the bladder, reproductive system, and gonads. Deep crow's feet in the corners of the eyes and vertical folds around the ears are also signs of kidney deficiency. If there are spots or scabs in the kidney area and deep vertical lines in the brain, it proves that the person has high blood pressure or indicates that the person will suffer from cerebral thrombosis in the future.

(9) Bladder: The reflex area is under the nose on both sides of the person. This part is red, with red blood streaks, pimples, sores, etc., which proves that there is cystitis, and emergencies such as red and yellow urine, frequent urination, and cystitis. May cause waist pain. Women suffer from cystitis, sometimes due to gynecological problems. The root of the nose is red, but the urination is not frequent, and the entire bridge of the nose is red, which is rhinitis.

(10) Spleen: The reflex area is in the nose. If the quasi-hair is red or rosacea or the quasi-head is swollen, it proves that the spleen is hot or splenomegaly, and usually feels heavy head, cheek pain, upset, etc. If the nose is yellow or white, it is because of spleen deficiency, there will be a lot of sweating, fear of wind, lazy movement of limbs, fatigue, and no craving for food.

(11) Stomach: The reflex area is in the wing of the nose. If the wing of the nose is red, it is a fire in the stomach, easy to be hungry, and bad breath. There are red blood streaks and more serious, usually gastritis. Stomach pain before a meal, usually gastritis, one or two hours after a meal, abdominal pain is gastric ulcer, the tender point is in the middle of the abdomen or slightly to the left; after a meal to four hours, abdominal pain is twelve gastric ulcers, the pain is in the two rows of ribs The middle part near the heart cavity is similar to acupuncture. It can be severely painful to the back, and the tenderness point is slightly to the right of the abdomen. If the nose is gray and blue, it is a cold of the stomach. When shaking hands, you can feel the person's fingertips cold, and the person suffers from cold and stomach pain, diarrhea, etc. And those with blue wing of the nose usually have stomach pain before, which forms the root of the disease, which can cause atrophic gastritis, and atrophic gastritis is more likely to cause cancer. The wing of the nose is thin and deep enough to prove atrophic gastritis.

(12) Small intestine: The reflex area is on the inner side of the cheekbone. If there are red blood streaks, pimples, spots, moles, and scum in this area, it proves that the small intestine is not functioning well, and it is generally weak.

(13) Large intestine: The reflex area is in the lateral part below the cheekbones. If there are red blood streaks, pimples, spots, moles, and constrictions in this part, it means that the person has a large intestinal dysfunction, usually dry stools, constipation or loose stools. If there are half-moon-shaped spots in this area, it proves that the person is constipated or hemorrhoids. The intersection of the lower line of the nasal root and the pendulous line of the outer corner of the eye is the rectal reflex area. If there is a spot here, it is a hemorrhoid. If there is redness or white spots here, there is a possibility of rectal cancer.

(14) Reproductive system: The reflex area is in people and around the lips. If a woman has moles, scabs, red chin under her lips, and the reflection area of the kidney is relatively smooth, it proves that the person has a backward uterus and a sore waist. If a woman has moles or cons, and the reflex area of the kidney is not good, or the woman’s lips are blue, white, or black, and the reflex area of the kidney is not good, these two conditions generally prove that the person has sex cold. If a woman has a constriction, it is usually a problem with her uterus. If a man has moles or scum around his lips, and the reflex area of the kidney is not good, it means that there is a problem with the reproductive system. If the lips of men over the age of 40 are thicker, it may be enlarged under Qianlong. The upper lips of men are uneven and grooved, which is a male sexual dysfunction, and the redness of both sides of the upper lips of men is also prostatitis.

Attached:

(1) A mole on the upper eyelid proves dizziness. (2) Moles or scabs on any part prove that the ancestors have suffered from the disease. (3) Diabetes: The nose is pitted and there are red blood streaks in the kidney area and redness of the nose. Puffy upper eyelids?? Red lines in the middle of the tongue may be diabetes. (4) Darkness around the eyes proves that the blood supply to the brain is insufficient, which can easily cause trigeminal nerve pain and poor sleep. (5) There are two blue tendons in the throat, which proves to be rheumatoid arthritis. (6) There are spots on the whole face, which belongs to thrombocytopenia.

The forehead is close to one-third of the hairline. If there are symptoms, it means cardiovascular dysfunction or high mental stress. If there is a mole, it means that the cardiovascular function is congenital dysfunction. If it is a pimple or redness, swelling, blueness, purpleness, blackness, or darkening, it means that the cardiovascular function is bad or there is a period of time. If it is spots or pigmentation, it means that the cardiovascular function is poor for a long time or the long-term mental stress is excessive. Between the eyebrows and half of the eyebrows, the circled part near the middle represents the lungs and throat of the respiratory system. The two-half part near the outer ring includes the temples, which represent the liver. Below the eyes and above the cheekbones represents the gall bladder. The root of the nose between the eyes represents the heart and brain blood vessels. Between the eyes and the root of the nose, the male represents the chest cavity, and the female represents the breast. Both men and women look crosswise. The other position of the liver is the middle of the bridge of the nose, and the gallbladder is on both sides of the middle of the bridge of the nose. The so-called liver and gallbladder are connected, and the liver and gallbladder shine each other. The tip of the nose represents the spleen, and the wings of the nose represent the stomach. From the lower part of the cheekbones to the lower part of the nose, it is parallel to the big U, and the outer side represents the large intestine. The small U on the medial side represents the small intestine. The area between the cheekbones and the ears, including the ears and cheeks, represents kidney function. The human representative of the bladder. Around the mouth represents the reproductive system. The chin represents soreness in the kidneys or on the body; acne on the whole face represents high mental stress or imbalance in body function.

Five, look at your face to measure your health

1. Floating and sinking

Floating refers to the complexion that appears between the skin and is easier to see. Floating color generally indicates that the disease that occurs in the human body is a sign, that is, the disease occurs on the surface of the human body. Shen refers to the complexion that is hidden under the skin and is not easy to see. The dark color generally indicates that the disease that occurs in the human body belongs to the internal syndrome, that is, the disease generally occurs in the human body. If the patient’s complexion turns from floating to sinking, it means that the manifestation syndrome has been transformed into the inner syndrome and the pathogen has invaded the human body; if the patient's complexion turns from sinking to floating, it indicates that the syndrome has been transformed into a manifestation of the syndrome and the pathogen has been revealed. The surface of the human body.

2. Clear turbidity

Clearness means that the skin color of the human face is clear and bright, and the pathological changes that occur in the human body generally belong to the Yang syndrome. Turbidity refers to the turbidity and dullness of the skin on the human face. Turbidity generally means that the disease that occurs in the human body is a yin syndrome. If the patient's complexion changes from clear and bright to cloudy and dark, it means that Yang syndrome has been transformed into Yin syndrome; if the complexion changes from cloudy and dark to clear and clear, it means that Yin syndrome has been transformed into Yang syndrome.

3. Very small

Micro-color refers to the lighter and lighter skin color of the human face. Micro-color generally indicates that the human body has a deficiency syndrome. Even, it means that the skin on the human face is darker and thicker, and a very dark color generally indicates that the human body has evidence. If the patient’s complexion changes from light to dark, from light to thick, it means that the deficiency syndrome has been transformed into positive evidence; if it changes from dark to light, from thick to light, it means that positive evidence has been transformed into deficiency syndrome.

4, loose tuan

Scattered means that the skin color of the human face is relatively scattered. Scattered color generally indicates that the patient has just contracted a new disease. The time of illness is relatively short, and the condition gradually relieved. Tuan means that the skin color of the human face is more concentrated. Tuan color generally indicates that the patient has been in a longer period of time and the condition is gradually getting worse. If the patient's complexion changes from being evacuated to gathering, it means that the evil qi in the body is gradually gathering, and the condition will continue for a period of time; if the complexion of the patient is changing from gathering to being evacuated, it means that the evil qi in the body is gradually dissipating and the condition will be relieved sometimes.

5. Ze Yao

Luster means that the skin color of the human face is more luster, and luster generally indicates that the condition is mild. Yao means that the skin color of the human face is relatively dull, and it generally indicates that the condition is more serious. If the patient's complexion changes from moist to haggard, it means that the body's essence is gradually weakened and the condition gradually worsens; if the complexion changes from haggard to moist, it means that the body's essence is gradually sufficient and the condition is gradually reduced.

Six, normal complexion

Chinese people's normal complexion is yellowish, slightly ruddy, and slightly shiny, which is called normal color in Chinese medicine. The normal complexion of a person can be divided into the main color and the objective color.

1. Main color

It refers to the inherent genetics and the influence of the acquired living environment, which makes the facial skin of a person show a basic color that is different from others and generally will not change for a lifetime. For example, the Five Elements Theory believes that different people can be classified into five types: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Wood-type people generally have a greener complexion, fire-type people generally have a reddish complexion, earthy-type people generally have a yellower complexion, gold-type people generally have a whiter complexion, and water-based people generally have a darker complexion.

2. Guest color

It refers to the color that changes in the external environment, living conditions, day and night time, climate and seasons, etc., which cause the color of the human facial skin to change accordingly. The theory of traditional Chinese medicine believes that people have a close relationship with the external environment. Therefore, when the external environment changes, the complexion of the person changes accordingly. Generally speaking, during the day, the yang energy in the human body is strong, so the light is usually exposed; at night, the yin energy in the human body is strong, so the complexion is generally bright and restrained. When the weather is fine, the blood in the human body is hotter and runs smoothly, so the complexion is generally reddish or yellowish; when the weather is cold, the blood in the human body is cold, and the movement is not smooth or even stagnated, so the complexion is generally greenish and darker. . The Five Elements theory of Chinese medicine believes that the Spring Festival is wood, so people’s complexion is generally greenish; summer is fire, so people’s complexion is generally reddish; autumn is metal, so people’s complexion is generally white at this time; winter is water, so people His complexion is generally black at this time.

In addition, differences in living environment and work, changes in mood, different eating habits, and after exercise, etc., will make people look different. For example, people who work in the open field for a long time and are often exposed to the sun must have a dark complexion; people who work indoors for a long time and rarely see sunlight must have a white complexion; when people are angry, their complexion will generally be reddish; When you are frightened or frightened, your complexion is generally pale; after drinking too much alcohol, your complexion is generally reddish; after strenuous exercise, your complexion is generally reddish.

In general, whether it is the main color or the guest color, it is the normal skin color of the face. When making a diagnosis, you should pay more attention to it and do not confuse it with the abnormal complexion that occurs when the human body is affected.

Seven, abnormal complexion

1. Classification of abnormal complexion

According to different conditions, abnormal complexions can be divided into good colors and evil colors

(1) Good color: refers to the color that appears on the skin of the face due to milder Yang syndrome lesions on the patient's body. At this time, the skin of the patient's face is often more rosy and still shiny. It shows that the patient's body's essence and energy are still relatively sufficient, the viscera function has not suffered serious imbalance, and the condition is easy to be cured.

(2) Malignant discoloration: refers to the color that appears on the facial skin due to serious Yin syndrome lesions on the patient's body. At this time, the patient's skin is often haggard, dull and dull. This shows that the illness has been for a long time, the essence of the body has been weakened, and the viscera function is seriously dysfunctional, and the condition is not easy to be cured.

Good looks and evil looks will also transform each other; if the patient’s complexion changes from glorious to dull, it means that the condition has deteriorated and gradually worsened; if the complexion of the patient changes from dull, dull to glorious , It means that the condition is getting better and will be cured soon.

2. The relationship between abnormal complexion and lesions of the five internal organs

According to the Five Elements theory of Chinese medicine, there is a close relationship between the abnormal complexion of the human body and the lesions of the five internal organs. When the five internal organs have lesions, the human body often shows different colors on the face. Specifically, the liver of the human body belongs to the wood in the five elements. When the disease occurs, the patient’s complexion is often blue. When the disease occurs, the patient’s complexion is often red; the spleen and the five elements belong to the soil. When the disease occurs, the patient’s complexion is often yellow; the lungs are gold, when the disease occurs, the patient’s complexion is often white; the kidney is water, and when the disease occurs, the patient’s complexion is often black.

In addition, according to the theory of mutual growth and restraint between the five elements, we can also analyze the pros and cons of the development of the disease through changes in complexion. For example, if the face of a patient with liver disease turns black or red, it means that the liver disease is relatively mild; if the face turns yellow or white, it means that the liver disease is a serious adverse syndrome. If the complexion of a patient with a heart disease turns blue and yellow, it means that the disease is a positive syndrome, and if the complexion turns white or black, it means that the heart disease is an adverse syndrome. If the complexion of a patient with spleen disease turns red or white, it means that the spleen disease is positive; if the complexion turns black or blue, it means that the spleen disease is adverse; if the complexion of a lung disease patient turns black or yellow, It means that his lung disease is a normal syndrome. If his complexion turns red or blue, his lung disease is an adverse syndrome. If the complexion of a patient with nephropathy turns blue or white, it means that the nephropathy is a normal syndrome, and if the complexion turns red or yellow, it means that the nephropathy is an adverse syndrome.

Generally speaking, the syndrome is relatively mild and easier to cure, while the adverse syndrome is relatively serious and difficult to cure. But this is absolute. When making a diagnosis, the four-diagnosis method should be comprehensively used to carefully examine the patient's condition in order to draw a correct diagnosis conclusion.

Eight, look at the health of the hair

1. The normal color and condition of the hair

People of different races around the world often have different hair colors. For example, the hair of European Caucasians is golden, red, brown, brown, etc., while the hair of Asian yellow people is generally black.

The hair of healthy young and middle-aged people in China is generally black in color, shiny, black and shiny, and the hair is generally denser. These are manifestations of normal kidney function, strong kidney qi, and sufficient energy in the body. . The elderly generally have weak kidney qi and insufficient essence qi, so their hair tends to be whitish, sparse and easy to fall off. This is a normal physiological phenomenon, not a manifestation of pathological changes.

Generally speaking, a normal person has about 100,000 hairs, and the hair of a wild goose can grow 0.3-0.4 mm per day, and the life span of each hair varies from 3 to 10 years. Under normal circumstances, hair loss will also occur. When there is too much hair loss every day, a person's health is very likely to have problems.

2. Hair lesions

When a disease occurs in the human body, it often causes some symptoms of disease in the hair. Generally speaking, these diseases are mainly deficiency syndrome, blood heat syndrome, malnutrition, insufficient essence and blood, and deficiency of kidney essence.

(1) Deficiency syndrome: mainly includes kidney deficiency syndrome, heart deficiency syndrome, and blood deficiency syndrome.

(a) Hair lesions caused by kidney deficiency syndrome. Young and middle-aged patients with kidney deficiency, due to the deficiency of kidney qi and lack of essence, their hair is often sparse and easy to fall off, and some will have gray hair. At the same time, they are often accompanied by dizziness, vertigo, waist and knees, and memory loss. And other symptoms.

(b) Hair lesions caused by heart deficiency syndrome. Adolescent patients with heart-deficiency syndrome caused by excessive exertion and blood loss often have white hair and symptoms such as palpitation, insomnia, and memory loss.

(c) Hair disease caused by blood deficiency and wind. If the patient suffers from blood deficiency and the body is attacked by wind pathogens, the hair will appear alopecia areata, that is, the hair will fall off in pieces, leaving the head showing a round or oval shiny scalp. The symptoms are more serious. The patient's hair will fall off even the eyebrows, beard, armpit hair, pubic hair and other parts of the body. What's more, all the hair will fall off and become bald.

(2) Hair lesions caused by blood-heat syndrome. Patients with blood-heat syndrome, because the blood in the body is too hot, often causes itchy scalp, increased dandruff, thinning and easy hair loss, and the symptoms of body fatness.

(3) Hair lesions caused by malnutrition. Malnutrition is a disease that causes indigestion, yellowish facial muscles, and enlarged abdomen due to improper diet or parasites in the abdomen of children, which weaken the spleen and stomach. Children with malnutrition tend to have yellowish, dull hair and get knotted easily.

(4) Hair lesions caused by insufficient essence. Patients suffering from chronic diseases or serious illnesses often suffer from a deficiency of essence, qi and blood, which makes the hair yellow, dry, sparsely distributed, and easy to fall off.

(5) Hair lesions caused by congenital deficiency of kidney essence. Some children with congenital insufficiency and relatively deficient kidney essence often have yellowish hair, softer hair, sparsely distributed, and slow growth. Some patients’ hair does not even grow out for a long time.

In addition to physical lesions that can cause hair lesions and accidents, malnutrition and psychological factors can also cause the color of the hair to turn white or lose hair. In addition, Western medicine believes that the hair of patients with thyroid is brittle and easy to break; patients with endocrine diseases or hypothyroidism, their hair and body hair are sparse and easy to fall; suffering from cholecystitis and colitis For patients with nephritis, the hair on the top of the head is easy to fall off; for men with nephritis, the hair on the forehead area is easy to fall off; for women with nephritis, all hair is easy to fall off. Those who lose their hair quickly may suffer from heart disease or even die from heart disease in the future.

Observation of the disease is mainly suitable for teenagers and middle-aged people. As for the elderly, due to the shrinkage of sebaceous glands and reduced sebum secretion, which is not enough to moisturize the hair, the hair becomes dry and loses its luster. This is a natural aging phenomenon and does not belong to Illness, the elderly need not worry too much.

Nine, abnormal head

1. Abnormal head shape

The head of a normal person is slightly rounded, and its size usually increases with age. Generally speaking, when a baby is born, its head circumference is about 34 cm; after 6 months, the head circumference grows to about 42 cm; one year old At the age of 18, the head circumference can generally reach about 48 cm; at the age of 10, it can grow to about 50 cm; at the age of 15 years, the head circumference will generally grow to 53 cm or more; after the age of 18, the head of a person generally no longer grows. Big. If a person's head circumference obviously does not reach or exceeds the above range, and the intelligence is low, it means that the body has a disease; if the child's intelligence development is normal, it means that the body is relatively healthy.

Abnormal head shape mainly occurs in children,

(1) Narrow head: It usually appears in children with abnormal brain development and mental retardation. It is usually caused by congenital deficiency, deficiency of kidney essence and abnormal skull development. In terms of symptoms, the cranial sutures on the head of the patient are often closed earlier, the skull is small and narrow, and the top of the head is convex and round.

(2) Enlargement of the head: It usually occurs in some children with abnormal brain development and relatively low intelligence. It is usually caused by congenital deficiency, the deficiency of kidney essence, and the phenomenon of water stagnation in the brain. In terms of symptoms, patients often have small cavities, uniformly enlarged heads, and cracks in the cranial sutures.

(3) Square head: usually due to the weakness of the spleen and stomach or kidney essence in children, which makes the skull develop abnormally. In addition, children with congenital syphilis and rickets (vitamin D deficiency) may also cause square heads. . In terms of symptoms, the top of the head is often flat and the entire head becomes square.

2. The fontanelle is abnormal

Fontanelle refers to the gap between the skull bones that appears because the skull on the top of the head of infants and young children is not closed tightly, and is generally located in the center of the top of the head. Bregma usually includes bregma and bregma. Bregma is usually diamond-shaped and usually closes when the child is 1 year old to one and a half years old; the bregma is usually triangular and closes at 4 months after the baby is born. When the front fontanelle has sunken, raised or closed time delay, it can be judged that the disease has occurred in the body. Specifically, fontanelle abnormalities mainly include the following.

(1) The fontanelle defect. It refers to an inward depression of the fontanelle of the head of infants and young children, which is mainly caused by congenital deficiency, cerebral spinal insufficiency, excessive vomiting and diarrhea, damage to body fluid, and deficiency of Qi and blood. However, it is normal for babies younger than 6 months old to have a slightly inward fontanelle.

(2) The fontanelle is raised. It means that the fontanelle on the head of infants and young children bulge out is a kind of disease, which is mainly caused by the disease of the brain spinal cord, the stagnation of water and fluid in the brain, or the evil that prevents heat from attacking the head. However, it is normal for the fontanelle to temporarily bulge outward when the baby is crying.
