Check health by face color:

4. Cyan: liver and gallbladder, immune system problems;

5. Black: There are problems with the kidneys and bladder system.

Observe the tongue:

The tongue of a healthy person is pink. If an unhealthy person can tell from the tongue

1. His tongue coating is very thick, it is because of his bad spleen and stomach,

2. The root of the tongue is blue, his kidney is not good,

3. There are tooth marks on both sides of the tongue, which is a bad liver.

Face consultation

liver

1. The main purpose of the eye: People with poor liver and gallbladder have bad eyes. His white eyes are yellow, very cloudy, opaque, like myopia, dizzy eyes, and some people always blink their eyes. This is all because of weak liver function. ,

2. People with poor liver function have horizontal lines, vertical lines or onychomycosis on their nails. His tendons are bulging out, blue tendons are violent, and Chinese medicine tells them that the claws are not slippery. These people love cramps, and Western medicine talks about calcium deficiency.

3. People with bad liver and gallbladder are emotionally angry. They lose their temper because of a small matter. If they say that they are angry, they will become angry.

4. People with poor liver and gallbladder tend to eat sour food, like hawthorn, mountain apricot, etc., they can eat a lot.

5. People with bad liver and gallbladder, their face is blue-gray, dull, and it seems that they have not washed their face every day.

Reflective area: The triangle from the middle 1/2 of the eyebrows to the end of the eyebrows is the liver area, and the middle of the bridge of the nose is also the liver area.

Pathological analysis:

1. If these two parts are dark or spotted, it may be fatty liver.

2. If there are pimples in these two parts, the person is irritable.

3. If there are spots at the temples, the person's liver function is weak.

4. If there are spots in the middle of the bridge of the nose, it may be due to irritability, emotional instability, or menopause.

5. If there are obvious classes in these two places, and the face is dull and ugly, the person is thinner, and the person has hepatitis or cirrhosis.

6. There is a mole in the center of the eyebrow, the eyeball is yellow, and the complexion is very yellow, it is hepatitis B.

7. The nails are soft and thin, dull, with vertical lines, and brittle, indicating poor liver function.

8. Freckles on the face, congenital liver function insufficiency.

Guts

Reflective area: on both sides of the middle section of the nose.

7. There is a pair of obvious spots or moles or cons in the bile area under the eyes, which are gallstones. Gloomy bags under the eyes also prove that they are not courageous.

heart

Reflection area (1): From the top 1/3 of the forehead to the hairline (that is, the hairline),

1. The appearance of acne here, or the forehead color is different from that of the face, indicates that the person is under heavy psychological pressure.

2. There are spots here; indicating that the heart is diseased (such as: myocardial weakness);

3. There are moles and scabs here, indicating congenital insufficiency of heart function.

The reflection area (2) is at the bridge of the nose between the corners of the eyes.

4. The horizontal stripes or stripes appear here are more obvious, indicating that the arrhythmia or the heart condition is not good;

5. If the horizontal lines are very deep, and there are also deep vertical lines (grooves) on the tongue, it may be a serious heart disease.

Reflection area: between the brows

1. Vertical lines appear here. If the vertical lines are deep and the part is red, it means that the person has insufficient blood supply to the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular vessels, headache, neurasthenia, dreaminess, poor sleep, heart palpitations, irritability, etc.

2. People who are red and shiny here generally have high blood pressure.

Small intestine

People with heart disease generally have poor intestinal function.

Reflective area: in the inner part of the cheekbone.

Spleen and stomach

5. Red nose, rosacea, red blood streaks, dark spots, pimple, etc. on the nose, such people have bad spleen and stomach.

6. The nose is white, not bloody, especially white. Such people have spleen deficiency and anemia. Yellow nose and spleen deficiency, there will be excessive sweating, wind fear, lassitude, not addicted to food, etc.

7. The nasal fossa is always dirty, black, oily as if it is not cleaned, or has lumps. Such people have poor gastric function.

8. If the nose wing is red, it is caused by stomach fire, easy hunger and bad breath. There are red blood streaks and more serious, usually gastritis.

9. If the wing of the nose is gray and blue, the stomach is cold, and when shaking hands with the person, the fingertips of the person can feel cold, and the person suffers from wind-cold stomach pain, diarrhea, etc.

10. Spots or moles in the spleen area, splenomegaly may appear, spots and moles in the stomach area, ulcers and other lesions may appear.

Clinical analysis:

Stomach pain before meals is usually gastritis.

One or two hours after a meal, the abdominal pain is a gastric ulcer, and the tenderness point is in the middle of the abdomen or slightly to the left;

Abdominal pain two to four hours after a meal is a duodenal ulcer. The pain method is similar to acupuncture in the middle of the two rows of flank bones, which is similar to acupuncture. In severe cases, it can hurt the back, and the tender point is slightly to the right of the abdomen.
