What is called "Four Spirits"

The four spirits, namely the four spirit beasts, are derived from the four elephants in ancient astronomy, referring to the blue dragon, white tiger, suzaku, and basalt. In Feng Shui, these four spirits are used to express the position and topography; they also refer to the mountains and rivers around the Yang House. Guo Pu said in the "Burial Sutra": "The earth has four powers, and the air flows from all directions. Therefore, the left side of the burial is the green dragon, the right is the white tiger, the front is the Suzaku, and the back is the Xuanwu."

The four spirits are born in response to the qi of the four directions. If they can softly lie down, arching and protecting the cave in the center, it is a good luck, the grandson Ronggui. The four spirits of Jidi should be like this: the shape is delicate and round, and should not be damaged or shattered. The mountains are grassy and lush, the trees are lush, elegant and beautiful; the water is clear and condensed, winding and curving, warm and bright.

In terms of form, the four spirits must first cooperate and respond to each other, and are equally matched. Dragons high and tigers hug each other, and the mountains and rivers reflect each other, otherwise they cannot hide the wind and gather the air. Second, it must be tame and vivid. Snaking and dancing, the Lord Gu is affectionate, hugs left and right, hugs forward and backward, tends to arch forward, wanting to go and stay.
