Who is the earliest feng shui master in history

In historical legends, Qingwuzi was the earliest Fengshui master because he was a figure in the period of the Yellow Emperor. According to "Xuanyuan Benji", when the Yellow Emperor first divided the state boundaries, he once asked Qingwuzi for advice.
