4、鼻子

5、嘴巴

嘴巴要收紧闭合、轮廓要明显、光彩要红润、讲话声音要清楚、明朗，代表为人操守佳，有口福食禄，言行一致，是正派人物。反之，假如嘴开不闭、轮廓不明、光彩昏暗、讲话有气无力、声音沙哑，则行为放荡、言行不一，属于小人之流。

也许有人觉得四渎、五岳、五官是重复的，其实这三部分观看的重点是不同的。四渎通常看的是人的才华智慧、先天福运，这是比较内在修养的东西;五岳看的是财富多寡、权势地位，这是较实际的财物部分;而五官看的是应变能力、名声气质，这是外表彰显的部份。
